Erin Budde has twenty years of executive experience helping to build strong communities. She currently serves as SVP, Product Strategy for United Way Worldwide, responsible for developing the United Way Network-wide product vision and strategy to increase community impact, grow resources and supporters, and strengthen its brand globally. Prior roles include stewarding innovation and strategy at United Way of Greater St. Louis, developing and implementing Wells Fargo Advisors nation-wide strategy for charitable giving, volunteerism and community involvement, and leading St. Louis’ regional association of grantmakers. Her community development experience includes roles as a university researcher, urban planner and fundraising consultant. Budde holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Missouri St. Louis and has pursued graduate studies in applied anthropology and urban planning at the University of South Florida. She lives in Belleville, Illinois with her husband Rich Wolchock.
